Event Details:
Join The Innovation Cluster as they celebrate incredible entrepreneurs and engage in a thoughtful panel discussion led by Innovation Cluster Vice Chair, Nicole Stephenson, to shed light on the challenges, potential solutions and what individuals, businesses and organizations can to do support Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) in business and tech!
While nearly a quarter of Canadians identify as visible minorities, only one in eight small and medium-sized businesses are owned by one.
There has never been a better time than now for you to listen, learn and implement new ways of doing business. Research has shown that targeted interventions can go a long way to support change.
Moderated by Nicole Stephenson, a heavy hitting lawyer and impactful businesswoman, this panel consists of dynamic and influential entrepreneurs in Peterborough and the Kawarthas who have made their mark both in the community and beyond.
Remarks and greetings will be made by Angela Connors, Executive Director of Community Race Relations Committee (CRRC).
