The Township has engaged Town Hall Consulting to guide them through a Strategic Planning Process.  This is a seven phase project that will require consultation with staff, Council and residents.

This is the first of two in-person Council Workshops.  

• Workshop 1: Mission, Vision, Values, SWOT
• Workshop 2: Strategic Priorities

Workshops are open to the public but will not be livestreamed.  

External community engagement will take place throughout the month of October.
